Creams Café Luton is amazing! I’ve tried so many of their desserts, and every single one has been delicious. I’m honestly obsessed with the Triple Chocolate Brownie — it’s warm, rich, and perfectly gooey. The Chocolate Fudge Brownie Gelato is another favourite, super smooth and full of chocolatey flavour. The staff are friendly, the service is quick, and the atmosphere is perfect for relaxing with friends or treating yourself. One of the best dessert spots in Luton. Highly recommended!

Today I visited Creams Cafe in Luton town centre, and unfortunately, it was the worst service I have experienced. I ordered a waffle and a hot chocolate fudge cake, but instead, I was served a sundae that I did not order. When I politely questioned the mistake, the employee named SHAGANPREET KAUR behaved very rudely. She did not apologise for the error and only changed the order after I insisted. Will not be dining here again. Requested tap water and they said ‘their water is not drinkable’. This is obviously a scam to force customers to buy bottled water. The customer service was poor to our table, one server brought ice cream sundae and did not say what table it was for and server seemed confused and we ended up having to eat the melted ice cream because the server was not sure who the ice cream sundae was for and say what sundae it was. There is poor communication and this needs to be improved.

Creams is nestled in a prime location and is easily accessible. The inside is clean and spacious which provides a good sized seating area. The menu is vast and has a variety of desserts for all tastes and ages. The staff are friendly and helpful. We ordered the Strawberry and Banana Crepe with Salted Caramel Ice Cream and Fudge Cake with Vanilla Ice Cream. Both desserts were beautifully presented. I would have enjoyed the crepe more if it wasn’t completely soaked in chocolate sauce, which made the pancake soggy. However the Salted Caramel Ice Cream was a very tasty edition and cut through th
