Visited before the theatre as a treat, food was lovely, but there is so much on the menu the poor staff didn’t know all items, so missed something off 1 of our dishes, but they soon rectified this after we spoke to them! The restaurant itself was very warm and felt very cramped inside!

Yesterday we had such a lovely time at The Creams cafè in Nottingham! The sundaes were absolutely amazing—so rich and delicious—and the mojito was super refreshing too. The atmosphere was really nice and cool decorations, perfect for catching up and enjoying a treat. We even got there by tram, which made the whole trip easy and fun. Definitely worth a visit! 🍨✨

Normally I would have given the Cafe 4 stars. What deserves the extra star to give it 5 stars, are the remarkably pleasant and efficient staff. Management should be proud. What let's the cafe down, is the decor and high prices. It needs a cash injection to bring the decor to a more fresh and sanitary feel about it. Make it more like a milk bar rather than a dark depressing oddity shop. The prices are more like London prices. Nearly 8 pounds for a small slice of cheesecake is a bit naughty. Also, the toilets are grim.
