Had a great experience in the Milton Keynes store today. Got some things for my husband for Valentine’s Day. The staff were lovely to my little boy, we were talking about feedback and when he told them they were amazing, they gave him a chocolate lolly which he loved. Love it when staff go the extra mile like that. This is why I shop here regularly.

I think Hotel Chocolat offers the most tasty coffee as it's so nourishing and creamy but not heavy. Also, the ice creams are very tasty and rich. The shop is clean, and the seating area is always tidy. Staff members are very friendly and helpful. If you become a VIP member, you can enjoy a 20% discount on your purchases.

Milton Keynes. Shop looks delightful. Let down by really shabby cafe area with dirty chairs and tables that saw their best 10 years ago. Decor is peeling also.
