What an amazing experience. We arrived in a party of 5. The staff promptly arranged a table for us. I mentioned at the entrance that it was my daughter's birthday and that her favourite food was sushi. The food was amazing, the presentation, the taste... everything impeccable. And to top the evening off they had given us a suprise birthday cake .. which brought us (parents) and the birthday girl to tears. What an amazing experience! Thank you so much for all the staff that went above and beyond . You made a birthday girl very happy.

Refreshingly different & exactly what we needed in Newbury. Lovely cosy place, bright young attentive staff and the chefs are INCREDIBLE! Real nice place, so good we've been twice in 3 weeks having not eaten out for a few months. We weren't keen on the middle tables so asked for a back wall table by the window on our return which was sorted no issue. We chose a bento box for starter then each had a main, I went for more sushi as it was just incredible, the octopus balls are unreal. The sake I asked for warm, was so good I grabbed a second bottle.
