AVOID THIS PLACE!!!! If I could give 0 stars I would. From start to finish it was the worst experience I’ve ever had while eating out, we were greeted with a grunt upon arrival and our menus thrown on the table, order was taking fairly quickly but then the drinks came, no ice, a weird layer on top of drinks almost like limescale. Then our starters came out cold, greasy, bland nachos, no flavour, cutlery thrown on the table, no napkin under them just directly onto the table When our mains came out everything was yet again cold and so greasy, but what really made me want to vomit was the hair we

Had a great lunch here today, 2 adults and 2 children. The food was cooked to order but we only waited 10 minutes for the food to arrive. We had the family deal which was great value. The kids loved their meals and our burgers were excellent. The fries are really well seasoned too. The service was great, the young woman serving was quick, helpful and really friendly. We will be back

Won't be returning. One bowl of chips came out on its own, 10 mins later some more of the food came out. The kids food didn't come, when we asked for it, it had been given to the wrong table. It came 30 mins later when everyone else had finished eating. 2 other tables cancelled their order as only half of their food came out. The manager was extremely rude and said we were more than welcome to do her job if we wanted to. So unprofessional and no accountability taken for the terrible service.

Service was so slow an obviously a new start who god love her didnt know what she was doing and what i am assuming was a senior member of staff who kept leaving this girl on her own. Arrived at about 1 didnt get our food until 2.10 and at the time there was only 3 other tables. One person did complain and when I went up to pay the senior member of staff put her coat on and left with a sainsbury bag for at least the 3rd time. No name badges at all. Food was not nice we both got the M50 burger. They forgot to put sauce on the burgers but left big lumps of butter which was horrible. Chips were ba
