I’m sad….. I come here many times. And only drink one thing. I order "ice latte with caramel syrup" and the other staff made it hot. I want it cold, the staff showed attitude to me with their face. And the other staff made it cold again and told me to say "ice caramel latte" next time. Did I order wrong? Or am I Asian so the staff didn't understand what I said? If so, I apologize to the British!

I have always loved this branch of Pret . The staff are welcoming and the food has always been really good . However , since the prices have gone up the quality of the sandwiches has gone down . The tuna and cucumber I had the other day looked like it had been sliced by a hack saw and the filling just thrown in . I returned today and after inspecting the sandwiches I left without buying and went elsewhere . Please sort this out as I love Pret but am now unwilling to spend so much money on shoddy thrown together produce .
