Thank you so much for providing some fantastic food for my daughters baby shower...sandwiches, quiche, sausage rolls etc were presented beautifully & tasted so good....the cake was absolutely amazing...I couldn't have got a prettier cake & was exactly what I'd asked for...everyone commented on it! Attended a bread making training day with Giovanni who shared his 4th generation Italian baker knowledge with us. It was a great day, we made 5 different bread loaves had a good laugh and were treated to refreshments and a lovely lunch. Would highly recommend!

Absolutely terrible service. I went for an afternoon tea with my mother and we were ignored. Had to get up to ask for a drink refill and was made to feel like an inconvenience for asking. They gave us lattes instead of black coffee like we asked... The scones tasted like bread. Did not ask us if we had any allergies or intolerances at any point. Sandwiches were stale and had a poor taste. Overall will not be returning, and £60 for two people! Absolutely ridiculous for the service and food. Had afternoon tea to celebrate my baby shower here, it was absolutely amazing! The food was incredible, beautiful atmosphere & the most attentive, funny waiter, Simon! The cakes are stunning & all prepared with so much care! Could not recommend enough, you can tell there is so much effort put in to everything!
