We popped into Cornish Café in Harlow and honestly… this is proper comfort food done brilliantly. Vegetarian Breakfast: The veggie breakfast was loaded and genuinely satisfying (not the “afterthought” type you get in some places). Crisp chips, perfectly cooked egg, sautéed mushrooms, beans, toast, and a great mix of extras that made it feel a bit special — creamy avocado, salty olives, and golden, griddled halloumi that had that ideal caramelised edge. It’s a hidden gem for those who doesn’t know the area. The cafe is vibrant, staff are friendly and energised, plentiful options to choose from. And it’s easily accessible, a good size car park just outside the cafe, or visit on foot if you prefer. 100% recommend this place if you are in the area looking for a spot for food, drink or just a place to stop by and rest. Coming off M11, follow sign for Harlow, you can’t miss it.
