We had a lovely lunch here today. The panini was delicious and all the staff were friendly and welcoming. Special mention to a new team member from Iran on her second day,she was warm, smiling, attentive, and really helped make the visit extra enjoyable. We’ll definitely be back.

This place has went down hill faster than a greyhound on a skateboard. Service is painfully slow, staff can be rude when asked about how long for food to come. 40 mins wait for a Panini that was decidedly average. So many better options in the town.

What a shame this place has gone massively down hill. Had a bad experience 2 months ago & thought we’d leave it as a one off, but back in today just for a cuppa & cake. (3pm ish) Waited ages for our order as did others. Warm scone handed to me 10mins before a coffee had arrived. Staff carrying on a the coffee machine like school kids swearing & acting like total neds. ( blonde young female & larger ginger guy). Embarrassing behaviour from a customer point of view. Coffee average. Cake the same. Sadly that’s our last visit. This used to be our regular haunt for years.
