David★★★★★We had a lovely lunch here today. The panini was delicious and all the staff were friendly and welcoming. Special mention to a new team member from Iran on her second day,she was warm, smiling, attentive, and really helped make the visit extra enjoyable. We’ll definitely be back.
E “CookieCrusher29” J★This place has went down hill faster than a greyhound on a skateboard. Service is painfully slow, staff can be rude when asked about how long for food to come. 40 mins wait for a Panini that was decidedly average. So many better options in the town.
Lisa Easdon★What a shame this place has gone massively down hill. Had a bad experience 2 months ago & thought we’d leave it as a one off, but back in today just for a cuppa & cake. (3pm ish) Waited ages for our order as did others. Warm scone handed to me 10mins before a coffee had arrived. Staff carrying on a the coffee machine like school kids swearing & acting like total neds. ( blonde young female & larger ginger guy). Embarrassing behaviour from a customer point of view. Coffee average. Cake the same. Sadly that’s our last visit. This used to be our regular haunt for years.
