I used to come here every weekend in addition to some days within weekdays. I am writing now while i am sitting now at coffee co. Bayscape branch. This experience is the worst among all previous times. I ordered Macchiato and 2 Frappes including decafe one. First, the order came wrong. Then, when the staff prepared the correct order, i could say i drank the worst frappe ever, me and my friends we were certainly sure that they forgot to add one main ingredient like milk or something else. There are a few reasons why I think this place needs to improve. 1) Staff aren’t trained on prioritising customers, and it’s very difficult to get service when they’re engaged in conversations amongst themselves. 2 groups of people were waiting to order as two staff members continued in animated conversation. The two times I’ve visited, getting the attention of staff is unnecessarily difficult. 2) They still charge £.60 for plant-based milk even though it’s no longer more expensive and has a longer shelf life than normal milk. 3) There aren’t many veggie options, and the veggie wrap I ordered

Seriously gone downhill in recent years. Coffee prices are one of the highest ive seen in Cardiff Bay/Penarth. The whole place needs a really good clean. Dirty tables and seating with crumbs everywhere. That isn't just a one off. Its regularly like that. It has got the view and the outside seating going for it, especially in the summer months.

Love all coffi Co's. This one is a little manic on a Sunday morning but its a nice atmosphere. They could do with some smaller tables so that small groups are not taken the bigger tables.
