Got a delivery. Took 90 minutes, when rang the store got told ‘it’s late mate’ no apology no times given as they can’t promise. Food came, bread was burnt/stale/hard. No cheese in sandwich’s as requested. Jacket pot was thrown together and cold. Potato was hard. It was disgusting. Cookies were stale. Drinks warm. The whole experience cost us £66 an absolute joke. It was awful. Never ever again.

First time to this subway, it was seemed really good, the screens to order your food seemed nice and new. The area was very clean. However my girlfriend ordered her sub and got what see wanted. As we used the screen to order normally they are able to take things off they don't have, so I ordered The Taco beef sub, which after while they called our number and told me it was discontinued. Over a 2 hour wait when I live 20 minutes away, It’s unacceptable. Never make an online order here, just try your luck with a collection. Never had an actual problem with the food but whatever is going on in that establishment needs some serious looking at.

Ordered meal deal. Touch screen ordering a complete faff, used to be so much better when you could see & pick the items at the counter. Called out to say ready (it really wasn't ready) handed subs / potato then had to hang around for snack then again for drinks. Ordered large coffee & had to complain as given small. Team not friendly or efficient. Toilet was locked & not able to use either, meaning no hygene for hands. I know its fast food, but this wasn't fast & I would not visit again. TBF its put me off ever going to any subway again.
