I love you Pret, but.... This is the second time in a week, that I am sitting in your establishment and enjoying your fab porridge for breakfast - but not my surroundings. A few days ago I was at Heathrow. Both times your morning music was way too loud. I couldn't escape it, because there are speakers everywhere. Sorry Pret, but I may need to break up with you... :(
