We have ordered 3 strawberry whippy 2 on a single cone and one on a small tub. All 3 faced a bitter experience the cream tasted like chemical powder. Straight to the dustbin.

Beat the queue at the window and sit in, for a nice sundae. Lovely staff and lots on offer. I would say having a toilet or even just a sink accessible would be great for these messy treats.

Great coffee but the staff need a big shake to wake them up. When we walked in 2 of the staff were making icecreams and the other 4 looked like they were just killing time.

The most disappointing lemon top ive had at pacittos (12/04/25) now ive eaten countless lemon tops and only form pacittos but now the tourist are in town the size shrunk check the photos and as you will see i have had more than a few . Tonight's anabomanation was dumped in my hand with finesse of an untrained clown . So come on pacittos i know you do the best lemon tops in the world and this was just not up to scratch . The first photo is of todays stingie offering and the others are of previous visits during the winter .
