Had donner meat and chips this evening. Chips were like they had been double cooked compared to the usual chips from there. Donner meat I know can be greasy but all I could taste was fat as if it had been reheated more than once. Am now actually thinking of trying somewhere else which is a shame as this is normally a great chip shop.

Two mini fish and chips and roe and chips and all three were not good. Slimy sloppy batter and the chips tasted of nasty old oil. Wasn’t great the last time but this went in the bin. Won’t be going back.

Living on winyates i don't get here too often, I had kebab & chips with salad & sauces for less than a fiver, to me still the best in Redditch by far lovely tasting food and plenty of it which lacks at my local chippy ,thanks to all the staff who are polite and happy to help. February 2019 (see photos)Just been back again , still great service and huge portions with the tastiest food,oh & yes still the best chip shop in Redditch.

There was more food in the picture but i ate it because it’s so good! Battered hallumi is always banging food is always hot when i get home, best chips in redditch and best curry sauce! Can never go wrong here it’s always good. This cost me £6.80 4 battered hallumi sticks medium chips and a curry sauce i think this is a bargain for food that tastes this nice! I think to make the chips even better you should start ordering onion vinegar, it is top tier x
