If I could give zero stars I would. When I bit into the chicken it was clearly undercooked. I stopped immediately and only ate other pieces that looked done, but unfortunately that was a very small amount. This is unacceptable for a chain restaurant. In recent years this franchise’s quality control and food safety seem to have slipped badly. It used to be such a great place to eat and delicious. Management really needs to retrain staff, use proper cooking temps, and start checking internal temperatures before serving. I wouldn’t advise anyone to eat here until improvement is made, I definitely

Pepe Chicken is honestly a great spot. The food tastes really good and you can tell everything’s made fresh. The flavour is on point — not too much, just really well balanced and proper tasty. On top of that, the customer service is great. The staff are friendly and make you feel welcome, which always makes a difference. Definitely a place I’d go back to.

I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent visit to your pepes Leamington . I am a regular customer and have always enjoyed your food and service, but this time I was served burnt food. Picture attached! When I politely informed the staff and requested a replacement, Chef Kashif came out and began justifying the situation instead of addressing the problem. Despite the restaurant not being busy (only a few customers present and no delivery drivers waiting), he refused to replace the food.
