I went for the avocado toast and was severely let down. For starters, the avocado was cold, ruining both the toast and the egg on top. They put an unnecessary tomato on top, too, which seeped into the toast. Even though there were little flakes of seasoning on top, they must have been old because there was no flavor to them. The toast looked like toast, but I think the cold avocado and tomato leaked down into it and made it soft throughout except for the edges. For my last meal in the UK before I head back to Spain, it had to be a full English. I did some research as to a place near Shepherd’s Bush and Embassy Cafe popped up. It had everything I was hoping for with also its deli like options and ordered the Full English. Improvements could be made with better black pudding and for the beans to be less stewed, but not was more than happy. The staff are amazing.

We visited this cosy cafe on our first day as tourists to London, which is always nerve-racking. The staff were wonderfully warm and inviting and the food was delicious and plentiful, exactly what we needed for a full day of charging around the city. We’re lucky to have such a place so close to our accommodation and will be visiting again!
