Just visited Wingstop and, honestly, the food felt average to me. The fries did not seem fresh and felt like they had been sitting in a food warmer for a while. Considering I paid around £14.40, I personally did not feel it was worth the price. On the positive side, the staff were attentive, polite, and provided good customer service. The atmosphere was pleasant, and the tables and dining area were clean and well maintained.my only complaint is about the food quality, as the service and environment were good.

This was our second time here. The food was good, but the service was even better. Payal explained clearly how the menu and sauces work, and she was very patient while I was trying to retrieve my app for payment. She also kindly suggested using the free Wi-Fi and even opened another till to manage the queue efficiently while I sorted it out. After we got our food, she came over to check that everything was okay and asked if we needed anything else. You really don’t get this level of service at most fast food places in London. Thank you, Payal, for such a pleasant experience.

Quick easy ordering process. Sat down at a table and had the order brought to us. Lots of different drink choices which is nice, better than other chains. Really flavourful chicken and sweet potato fries, definitely recommend.

He knows the menu inside out, which shows a really high level of professionalism. I ordered the Louisiana and Brazilian flavors, and I absolutely loved them!
