Placed a too good to go order for collection. Advised they don’t do it anymore . Asked to process a refund the guy just kept saying his boss said they do not do it anymore . Got me out of pocket for the money I paid and no heads up or anything . Failed to update there system and literally just have it their to make money off the app and really ruining the whole purpose of the app.

Absolutely awful experience with them tonight. Ordered a plain spicy fillet chicken burger with peri peri chips. Received a beef burger and plain chips!!! Phoned the shop but they were no help at all. Absolutely fuming. Don't ever order from them!
