We loved the food—it was very tasty and not greasy at all. The service was very good, and the atmosphere was quite calm, with no queues to get a table. A positive point is that they have an arrangement with the parking spaces behind the building. We felt the prices were slightly higher than we expected, but nothing unreasonable. Overall, it’s a good dining option in the centre of St Helens.

I visited Nando’s recently on my own while on a business trip and was genuinely blown away by the service. I’d been studying all day and sitting exams, so I was exhausted, but Claire completely lifted my mood. She was incredibly helpful, polite, and genuinely friendly from the moment I walked in. Her attitude and professionalism made such a difference to my experience, and she’s a real credit to Nando’s. I was also served by Libby at the tills, who was welcoming, chatty, and very attentive. Both staff members were excellent, but Claire in particular made this one of the best customer service

Special thanks to Sophia who was warm and welcoming, and extremely helpful in explaining everything as it was our first ever Nando's visit. The other lady who served us was also awesome. 2pm Sunday afternoon after the busy period so it was about half full. Ordered on the app and foot was at the table within 15 mins. Chicken Thighs and Liver were both delicious and I look forward to returning. I hope the same staff are there next time.
