Visited this Costa for the first time today. Found the coffee shop clean and well layed out, with warm coffee smell as entered. The staff were friendly and personable, and the products were tasty and well prepared. My partner and I, both commented 'we will be back'

On a rainy day, when the grey skies over Stirling did not promise anything good, I found the perfect refuge - Costa Coffee. This is a place that captivates you at first glance with its atmosphere, created for privacy, work and warm communication. My choice was a cozy place located around the corner of the bar, away from the main flow of people, right by the window. From here it was convenient to watch the world without being distracted from my work. Went during lunch time and tables were full of trays so struggled to get seated , when we did get seated chairs were covered in crumbs as was the floor not the most hygienic. The staff were friendly enough but could put in more effort to keep on top of the cleanliness of the shop during busy period.

Me and my wife have just popped in here for a hot chocolate and a quick bite to eat after a really stressful day. We have been served by Sophie who somehow manage to make us feel very happy to have met her and her wonderful customer skills, with no ulterior motive she was just lovely.
