Was buying trousers today at the Stirling store. The lady who was putting left clothes away was very helpful assisting me with getting a different size but the 2 on the tills didn't even stop their conversation while one served me. VERY RUDE.

I went for the bra fitting service. Was a little disappointed as I left with nothing and a supposed bra size that just didn’t fit. I explained that it was loose and I felt the spillage was too much. The assistant didn't seem to care much her answer was just “ hmmmm you could try a different size” she was just unprofessional and lacked social skills. When I asked what size should I go for in the end her answer was again “ you could just try x or y” no thank you! That’s why came here to get measured and fitted properly. No adjustments or real help during fitting service. I just said thanks and s

Sandra in the Travel Money department was extremely helpful. She was patient and very informative and was no way trying the hard sell. She only wanted the best outcome for my needs. Would highly recommend using Marks and Spencer for your currency conversion but get the marks and Spencer app before you go in for a better rate.
