Mannion’s Pub has some of the worst pub policies and customer service I’ve experienced in London. This place was 5 minutes from my house and even as an alcoholic who hates walking I avoid this place like the plague and head out 20 minutes in either direction to find a civilized pub 🙃 The atmosphere is cliquey, the drinks are overpriced, and the bartenders act like they’re doing you a favor by serving you. The experience that made me never want to come back was a bathroom situation. My friend needed to use the bathroom before we headed to an ATM, and because Mannion’s has a £10 card minimum

Deeply disappointing and embarrassing. Save yourself the experience — avoid completely. The place itself? Filthy. Dirty chairs, dusty surfaces, disgusting hygiene throughout. Not a place that takes any pride in itself. I’m Black Irish and was treated disgracefully from the moment we walked in. The old man serving waved his hands in our faces, completely blanked us, then turned straight around to warmly greet white customers like we didn’t exist.
