Pret A Manger Media City — the coffee is consistently great and perfect for a quick stop. Service is fast and reliable, and the overall vibe is easy and convenient. The pistachio loaf cake is absolutely amazing and definitely the standout drink. A solid place for a quick coffee break.

A standard Pret but this one is a bit special because of the exceptionally kind and professional staff. They are always friendly even when the place is busy over lunch time and manage to keep smiling while working very efficiently. Even if the queue is out of the door you never have to wait very long. I've been coming here for 10 years and it's been consistently good in all that time. Thank you again!

Rude staff. We had been there less than 10 minutes when they came over and said we are closed now. In other words get out pls. Happy to take our money though. Any decently trained customer facing staff would just have waited a few minutes until we left. Wrong closure time was advertised on website. Poor attitude from both staff and also smirking. Won’t be going back.

In walk through Media City most days and often stop here to meet my neighbours for a coffee. Pret is very popular in the mornings and there is often a long queue however the staff are very friendly and efficient so I never have to wait long. There is seating inside and outside with beautiful views of the park and canal. There is a tram stop nearby also and the very pretty Blue Peter Garden. There is a monthly subscription you can get where you pay a fee and can have several coffees every day but i haven’t fully explored that. Might be worth looking in to if you’re a regular.
