Hi I am Luffy. I had such an amazing experience there with my bestie Mochi! They even have a special dog-friendly menu that’s fresh, nutritious, and made in-house. We both ordered the slow-cooked seafood and meat bowl — Mochi devoured hers instantly, and even though I’m usually a picky eater, I loved every bite and licked my bowl clean! One of the hidden gem restaurants in London, only about 20 mins walk along Thames riverside, very pleasant walk on a sunny day. Food wise J7 is defo one of the bests in London Chinese restaurant, but with more friendly budgets comparing with the Chinatown ones. Almost like a fine dine restaurant without fine dine price, would really worth to go and try it.

Really loved this place for after-work drinks. The atmosphere is relaxed with soft lighting and live music that doesn’t overpower conversations - perfect for catching up with friends. The food was a pleasant surprise, especially the Cantonese BBQ platter and the Yangzhou fried rice. They also have pet-friendly menu, which is a lovely touch. Will definitely be coming back!

Must try the classic mixed rice and the lobster in cream. 🌟 The dish is called Lobster in Cream Chill Nanyang White Sauce. The salted egg yolk chicken wings, spicy baby potatoes, short ribs, chili beef, stuffed eggplant, stir-fried beef tongue, fried pork ribs, and satay beef are all excellent.
