Food was really good , service was amazing. Having read some of the reviews where staff were criticised, I can honestly say this was not my experience, all seemed genuinely friendly. That said , I was hovering between a 3 and 4 star rating and fell on the generous side by giving 4. First issue shouldn't even arise with a roof top restaurant, the view should be a given - unfortunately not here. There are 3 tables inside with a decent view , the rest are on the terrace which is reserved for people who want shisha. Had such a lovely experience at this restaurant for my sister’s birthday! A special thank you to Ahmed for the amazing service — he was so friendly, attentive, and made us feel truly welcome throughout the evening. All the staff were lovely and helped make the celebration really special and memorable. The atmosphere was beautiful, the service was excellent, and we had such a wonderful time. We were really looking forward to the food at Mezemiso. Unfortunately the food was a big let down. We chose the £75 set menu (see menu in pics) which looked great. Unfortunately although the starters had a good flavour it was very underwhelming for the standard expected from a Hyatt hotel restaurant. The best starter was the potato cubes and the flatbread was beautifully soft. Mains I had the mixed grill. The Adana was great (see pic) the lamb chunks were dry, exceptionally chewy and not edible, chicken was so so. To be honest I only managed to eat the Adana, which made me glad I did pick a
