The service at this restaurant was extremely disappointing, mainly because the young lady (staff member) was so rude in the way she spoke. From the start, her tone was sharp and unfriendly, making us feel uncomfortable rather than welcome. Her tone came across as impatient and disrespectful, as if we were bothering her just by being there, making faces all the time... Honestly, never again. Regardless of how good the food might be, being treated rudely is unacceptable. Unfortunately, this experience means I wouldn’t consider returning and wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. I had an absolutely fantastic experience at Gezi Park. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere felt warm and welcoming, with a great balance of modern style and authentic Turkish charm. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure we were comfortable and well looked after throughout the evening. The food was outstanding. Every dish was full of flavour and clearly made with fresh, high-quality ingredients. The grilled meats were perfectly cooked, tender, and beautifully seasoned, while the sides and starters complemented everything perfectly. You can really taste the auth
