The café at Wanstead Park was a really nice stop during our walk around the park. Simple, relaxed and surrounded by greenery, it was the perfect place to sit down for a coffee and quick snack after exploring the lakes and woodland paths. There was plenty of outdoor seating nearby which made it ideal with children, especially on a sunny day. The atmosphere felt calm and friendly rather than overly busy or commercial. What we liked most was how convenient it was to have a little refreshment stop right inside such a peaceful nature setting. Great for grabbing drinks, ice cream or a light bite b

Stopped for lunch today on way through to wanstead. Freshly cooked bacon sandwich! Friendly service, a good range of snacks. Used by both regular dog owners and families plus visitors.

Small shop in the park. Always a queue 🙄 but at least You can have some coffee, ice cream and some sandwiches while there so not bad. Unfortunately just one shop it's not enough for this park.

Wonderful shop with everything you need in a sunny day. Ice-cream, coffee, tea, cake, ice-coffee...many more. Though it says closing at 6pm, today we found it open till 7pm! Beautiful place next to the pond and woodland.
