disgusting , it doesn’t even taste like pepes the chips and drink was nice garlic mayo good but the actual food the pepes rice box worse rice box I’ve ever had from a pepes tasted nothing like it the rice was almost white had no flavour or colour to it and the sauce of for the chicken was so watery and nasty did not taste nice at all waste of money

Absolutely gutted the customer service is appalling they are blaming the dilivery driver for the food to be cold and bad the rice came out clumpy and absolutely tasteless the drinks were hot and we ordered peri fries and chimichangas fries and they sent us plain fries and when I called them he said it’s the uber drivers fault

Whilst the service is great, I can't help but notice a change in the taste of the chicken XL grilled burger. There's a sourness now. It seems the supplier has changed, the piece of grilled fillet they provide is thinner, leaves a chemical after taste and just doesn't taste the same. I think this might be the end of my pepe's days. Glad to say i didn't experience any food poisoning and i hope management consider reverting back to when they had really juicy grilled chicken fillets and not these new ones.

I don’t go here often as I live far but almost every time I’m in Watford I go here. Today I had the chicken xl burger meal and it was really great! The service was very kind and fast too.
