“Nice atmosphere and wonderful staff members and delicious food”

We are regular customers but today the food specially half chicken was burnt and tasted bitter. When we complaint they said its normal because its grilled. Very disappointed we are not asking for food or refund ..just giving feedback. And it is very disappointing to listen from them that it is normal.

Couldn't place an order using the app for 3 days despite uninstalling/reinstalling coming up with invalid error on checkout. Transferred money to the mrs to make payment on her iPhone tonight (I use Android) same issue. Phone to order only to be told by the manager no issues with the app he just made an order (within 20 seconds] and 17 other orders are showing. Asked to place order via phone and pay by card (i did this 2 years ago when they had problems without issue). Only to be told no only cash, explained I had no cash but wasn't having it. Was told to use Justeat or something similar but

Very disappointed with Pepe’s. I placed an order and waited for it to arrive, but it was never delivered. Despite being marked as completed, no food turned up and I was left without my order. The lack of communication and poor service made the situation even more frustrating. Customers should be able to rely on a delivery service to actually deliver their food. Based on this experience, I would not recommend Pepe’s and will think twice before ordering again.
