Amazing service from the second we walked in the door. Daniel was a great host, really polite and friendly through our time here. Ferdy who took our order was great in recommending the dishes. The seabream was the best dish we have both had out in year, a massive recommend! Really looking forward to coming back ! Thank you both!

Visited on a Wednesday early evening and the restaurant did not appear particularly busy, however several dishes were unavailable, which was disappointing. The waiter was very polite and friendly throughout, but our order was forgotten and after around 10 minutes he returned to take it for a second time. The food itself was okay, although the main portions felt a little small for the price. Overall, a decent experience but there were a few service and availability issues that took away from it.

Ok food, very noisy and food took quite a while after ordering. My wife ordered a Raspberry mojito, when she tried it it was almost like a non alcoholic drink. I spoke to the manager and said I didn't think there was any alcohol in the cocktail. Rather than offering to make a new one, she then went on to explain about how the drink was made and with which ingredients. What the hell has happened to the hospitality industry. If a customer is not happy then do your utmost to at least please them??!! Bizarre to say the least.

My husband and I visited for lunch with high expectations, having enjoyed consistently excellent experiences at this restaurant group’s locations in London and Exeter. Until now, we have always found both the food quality and presentation to be exemplary. Unfortunately, our visit to Côté Brasserie York fell well below those standards.
