Mom asked if I would take her to Charleys. She had seen an ad on Facebook. So, when we walked in the place didn't seem clean. I was kinda turned off by that. She placed her order. I decided I would go to Publix after and get a sandwich there. I did try to order a ice cream cone, but was told they don't have them at the moment. The meal came and Mom was not impressed with her sandwich. The fries were good though. The way Charleys advertised their sandwich and what she received was a JOKE. I know restuarants false advertisements are common, but the sandwich she got was not acceptable.

The chicken was good. We got the barbecue flavor. The fries were supposed to be cheese fries, but they were very bland. The cheese steak was not great. The strawberry lemonade was decent, but they gave us no ice, so it was warm. We will not be back.

Rough start- the man at the register was very rude. The place is dirty looking and worn down. The walls are dirty and equipment broken. Pipes sticking out everywhere. Also, there was hardly any meat on the sandwiches. You’re paying for crusty, dry bread with little filling. Flies all around us inside. At least clean up the store and have a smiling face to greet people. Not the vibe at all. Won’t be back at this location.

Pretty good cheesesteak. Went for the large combo and got a 10% off. About $18 which was enough for two people. The fries were fresh and crispy.
