I’ve been coming here since I was in high school almost 10 years ago… my friends and I would skip 7th period shop class every week to hang out at Ice & Bites as a group 😅 To this day it is still the best boba I’ve had in the US outside the west coast; the quality has stayed extremely consistent this entire time. The teas are very good, but the boba pearls themselves really stand out in terms of quality to the point where it is almost not worth it to get a drink with different toppings. I’ve been coming to Ice & Bites for YEARS. Since middle school and I’m a junior in college now. I honestly consider myself a regular. Every time I come in I order the same thing. The Jumbo wings & the Hot Cheetos Tok. Throughout the years I’ve met a bunch of different employees that have their own way of communicating with the customers as well as their own way of executing requests. I only say this because after coming here for so long, there’s only ever been a few times in the past where I’ll get lucky and whoever’s working when I come in will make my order exactly how I like it. Customer service and atmosphere was nice. My wife got the Taro which was alot better than the Mango non dairy. Didn't really care for there shaved ice that they call it. The cookies and cream ice was pretty good.

I wasn't sure what to expect from this establishment. In the rare occasion that I may want Boba...they didn't have the basic boba. Granted we did go 30 mins before closing*. The staff was kind and told us they didn't have any more. Either way, it was all clean, organized, and not too overwhelming but it was all bit pricey for a drink I couldn't finish since it was too sweet. Guess I have to ask for no percent of sweetness next time. I am undecided about this place and understand why so many others like it.
