Whoever runs this store needs to retrain their employees about customer service and how to show some integrity. They completely got my order wrong and when I went back up there to get it corrected, they instead gave me a refund because they were 30 minutes from closing and wasn’t going to drop anymore chicken. So I had to go elsewhere to find dinner for my family. I most likely won’t be going there anymore and I will be telling my friends and family to stay away because their quality and integrity of service is bad!

Sorry to say but normally they do good on the food. I ordered a 3pc dark original chicken, cole slaw, pot &gravy big meal plus a pot pie. I'm really disappointed. Got home ready to dig in and the chicken is super over cooked. Have you ever had overcooked dark meat? Super dry, not good. Also I got mac and cheese instead of my ordered cole slaw. Really bummed me out. Tried calling the place. No answers. I'm going to have to try and find another one to go to. Quality should never slip, especially at the costs of everything now. 😔

If I could rate negatives, I would this place is a joke should be shut down. They don’t care about their customers. Got two meals spent $26. The chicken was so dry. It wasn’t funny as for extra gravy in the bowl that I got barely got any gravy and no receipt and then they won’t answer their phone.
