Stopped by for a dozen doughnuts. They have the seasonal flavors out now for fall. So we got a dozen mixed doughnuts. Also bought a dozen regular glazed for our neighbors because they love those. The doughnuts are subpar. They have little filling inside of them compared to years back when they used to be so much better. They weren't even making any fresh hot glazed which is thier trademarked item. It was a very disappointing stop and we will not be back. You certainly don't get what you pay for with thier exorbitant prices. They have gone down in quality and they employee who waited on us look

I ordered donuts for delivery for my staff. These show and it’s not what I ordered. There is also a HAIR inside my box. When I call to make a complaint. I get told that they just did have the donuts I ordered and they would not do anything to help me. Terrible. If I ran my business this way I would be fired.

I experienced terrible customer service at this location. I placed an online order and half of what I ordered was replaced with original glaze because they were out of what I wanted. It's not a problem being out of something, but the fact that I wasn't notified or offered a substitute was wild to me. There was absolutely no concern for my order being almost completely different from what I originally ordered. I was told the manager directed employees to substitute anything missing with plain glaze and that there was no way to inform me that my online order could not be completed, yet, my phone
