We moved and this is the closest Chuck's to our house and it is our least favorite. There are games that have been broken for months. We drive farther to go to the better ones, then we come back and we still see so many broken games. Please hire someone to fix them!

She took the time to clearly explain the Chuck E Cheese Pass and helped us understand all the options, which ended up getting us an amazing deal for the silver! She also let us know that the promo cups are a total steal, especially since they’re lifetime cups such a great value! There were limited options to try somewhere new on a Tuesday night after work in the middle of winter for my daughter’s birthday, so we decided to check this place out. Unfortunately, the facility was quite dirty, especially the bathrooms, where the floors were extremely sticky. The food was below average, and several of the games were either broken or not working properly. That said, my 3-year-old still seemed to have fun, which is what mattered most that night and why this place received 3 stars instead of less. Worst place came here with friends and my friends kids poor customer service, food was cold, food was never delivered my friends mom's food came 2 hours later cuz some one stole the food and the cook wouldn't cook it had to ask for the manager, then when we got food it was okay. And then some of the games didn't work lost credits. We were playing games at the end and they didnt announced they were closing the 2 teen girls were rude with attitudes they shouldn't work there they seem like they were short staffed then I ask the black girl and the blond hair chick we were still playing games and
