Stopped in for lunch and left really impressed. On our server's recommendation I went with the Smashburger on a challah bun — and it was excellent. Juicy, well-balanced, and that challah bun genuinely made it: soft, a little sweet, and it held everything together perfectly. Yelp Review Stopped by Babylon Burger Bar and had a really solid experience. The space is lively and casual, great spot to go with friends and try a bunch of different things. The service is great. We started with a hot honey peach margarita which had a nice balance of sweet with a little kick. Got the short rib poutine and the breakfast burger with sweet potato waffle fries. Fried egg was great, burger cooked perfectly to request, and the waffle fries were the crispiest I have ever had. Toasted edges on the challah bun and bacon jam brought it all together really nicely. Short rib on the poutine was a game changer. Not pretty to look at but so good as an appetizer to share.
