Fried egg was great, burger cooked perfectly to request, and the waffle fries were the crispiest I have ever had. Toasted edges on the challah bun and bacon jam brought it all together really nicely. Short rib on the poutine was a game changer. Not pretty to look at but so good as an appetizer to share.
