The spicy beef ramen is actually top 5 meals i’ve had in my life. Always worth it to make the 3 hour trip here and back home due to the quality! One of the few places i can dine confidently due to food allergies. 100% a must try

I walked into this place without much research, just saw a high star rating and proximity from where I was at that time. I thought they offer traditional Japanese style ramen. If that’s what you are looking for, you will be disappointed. The staff, service, and overall vibe were great. I ordered the Classic ramen and it was nothing like the ramen I am used to. Although it was eatable, but too oily and black peppery, it was just a different kind of noodle soup dish. I have tried various styles of ramen in Japan so I can say safely that this is definitely “inspired” by them but not a traditional
