If that’s what you are looking for, you will be disappointed. The staff, service, and overall vibe were great. I ordered the Classic ramen and it was nothing like the ramen I am used to. Although it was eatable, but too oily and black peppery, it was just a different kind of noodle soup dish. I have tried various styles of ramen in Japan so I can say safely that this is definitely “inspired” by them but not a traditional
