Walked in and was instantly handed champagne. Dellena was AMAZING. One of the best and most patient servers I’ve ever had. She knew the menu in and out and gave the BEST recommendations to the entire table. Actually all of the staff was so amazing and attentive and seemed like they loved their job so much and were all proud to work there. I’ve never seen anything like it and I’m extremely impressed. We had the absolute best time at Earls. Not only was it the welcoming atmosphere, the stellar ambiance, the delicious food and all around good vibes, but it was the fantastic customer service that we experienced at our table. I was surprised at how crowded it was on a weeknight, there were people waiting to be seated and even the bar was pretty full. Luckily I caught a bar seat as someone was leaving. Staff was super friendly and quick at the bar. I ordered a espresso martini and the truffles pasta with steak. The steak was good, cooked properly, but the pasta sauce had so much salt and garlic, I couldnt taste the truffle oil. If I go back id try something else. It was almost $50 for the pasta, but it was cause added the steak.

My colleague and I came here for dinner after a long workshop day. We were both exhausted and definitely in need of some food to recharge 😂. Along with a salad, we had calamari which was very delish, my colleague ordered the steak&sushi, while I chose the fish. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t rate the fish very highly, as it was far too salty for my taste. I also wish there had been a wider selection of desserts on the menu. That said, the overall dining experience was pleasant, thanks to the welcoming service and relaxing vibe.
