If I could put zero stars I would. I don’t get what’s the point with using the mobile app to order ahead with this place. There’s no difference than going to the store and ordering from the counter. The baristas are just walking around doing nothing while orders are coming in, taking their sweet time, working with zero sense of urgency. It used to be a good, convenient spot to stop it, but that obviously went to hell a while back, because your employees are awful. Then the drinks themselves to come out right. I’m paying for my specific drink with specific customizations, but the last three vis

The service was absolutely horrible. Did a drive-through for two spinach, egg wraps, and a breakfast sandwich and one of the spinach egg wraps was completely fallen apart in the bags literally thrown in couldn’t possibly eat it without everything falling out of the bag we went back to let them know to get it exchanged and no apology no eye contact not even any acknowledgment of unacceptable food being served. I was looking at this too. His car really got beat up. I’d never go here again. Ground Central Coffee is down the road and I recc going there over this place any day

I usually have a good experience at this Starbucks, but my recent visit with Jessie was disappointing. She spoke loudly and wasn’t very patient, which made the interaction uncomfortable. I understand everyone has off days, but I hope the customer service improves.
