ordered doordash online around almost an hour ago, the doordasher texted us about waiting on the order while actively watching two employees “walk out”, we called tacobell and after almost missing the call, the guy finally answered so even after that we were being very polite and asking about our order and he said he would write it down, we let him know we have a big party and order around 60 dollars worth of food and refunding it wasnt option at the moment due to doordash he then proceeded to hang up in our face and was very rude. we had tried to call back and he turned off the phone. 0/10 c

I haven’t gone to Taco Bell in Bartlesville in a VERY long time for a reason! Will I ever go back after the service and food I got tonight, ABSOLUTELY NOT! I found this long piece of hair in my burrito! I wouldn’t have noticed it until I started eating it if they had put my burrito together the right way instead of barely rolling it up and all the filling falling out. When I called they absolutely did NOT care! He said I’ll make another burrito for you. I declined politely and he then proceeded to ask if there was anything else he could do and he hopes I have a great rest of my night.. I sugge

DURING SNOWPOCALYPSE 2026! Had an issue picking up my order, but they got it figured out as quickly as they could. I hadn't been to taco bell in years but I left my card somewhere else and needed to be able to pay online, so I used the app and paid with Google pay to get around the missing physical card.

Awful service. Was told to pull up to await an order that needed freshly cooked. Waited 15 minutes and had to go in to request the order. Saw multiple other people have to do the same. Got my order and had to go BACK in and wait a couple more minutes to get noticed to get the ranch they forgot - while at the same time ANOTHER person next to me had an order screwed up. Half the employees were just yapping and screwing around. This occurred at approx. 10:20pm on April 26th, 2026.
