I’m so pissed I’m here 45 min standing waiting to be seated yes it’s a knicks game night and it’s packed but I watched 3 different ppl before us that came in after then I tryed to get the front person attention she ignored me and I got someone else and they got her and she says we aren’t seating ppl so I was standing there for 45 mins all to be told I can’t get seats I’m there at least 2x a week I know all the waiters and for someone to tell me they can’t find a seat for me and my family(3ppl). The place was clean and quiet the night I went. It was a Tuesday. Service was ok. Server was nice. I ordered cheeseburger sliders and was very disappointed. Buns were too big for size of burger. I dont like excess bread. Guess that's what happens when you order a burger from a chicken place. 😂

our server was nice but we came for their late night happy hour (posted as 10-close) and at not even 10:10 they told us it was last call and we would only be having the one round of drinks we’d already ordered. I get they wanted to go home early but cutting off your happy hour ten minutes after it started is crazy and lazy

I usually come in during the morning hours and the cashier working those shifts is always on point. Service is quick , friendly, and efficient even when it gets busy. You can tell they know how to keep things moving while still being polite to customers. Definitely makes the experience better.
