Tess and Elguin were so kind and gave amazing service! Tess made me an amazing mocktail and it was so good! The food was absolutely amazing and they offered a very creative menu. My mom and I ordered the Vermont Bacon, The butternut bisque, New Hampshire Short rib, NY pastrami, the duck, a side of purple potato puree, and the Maine lemon cake! Everything was fantastic. The music and the atmosphere is great! I can’t wait to come back to try a new state like Hawaii or California😋

Tried both the regular menu and the Nebraska themed menu this week and everything was honestly so impressive. Food was excellent across the board. The spinach and artichoke dip in the bread bowl was super cheesy and flavorful, and the smoked gouda mac and cheese was rich, creamy, and the perfect comfort dish. This restaurant has a great concept, visiting different states and flavors unique to those areas. They have standard menu as well as a rotating special menu dedicated to one state. We visited on Ohio week. The service is friendly and welcoming. Our waitress was Carissa and she was great and knew everything about the menu and had good suggestions. The bartender Jemel even came over to check on us and he made amazing craft drinks. The burnt sugar old fashioned is one of the best old fashioned’s that I have had! Amazing food and great atmosphere! Our waitress, Tess, was attentive and informative. She made great suggestions and we were happy with all of them. We shared some dishes and they equally split our dishes! So thankful to the chef. Highly recommend and we will be back!
