So, I visited Los Pollos today and was pleasantly surprised by the excellent customer service. However, I was deeply disappointed with my burrito. To my horror, I found an insect inside the burrito! I could taste it as I ate, and it was all the way at the bottom. The burrito itself was delicious, but this incident was unacceptable. I kindly request that you check the cilantro in the future to avoid any confusion with a green insect. I understand that such incidents are rare, but it’s important to ensure that your customers are not served food with insects. Thank you.

I love the rotisserie chicken with their potato salad and red rice. I always ask for the most well done chicken because the flavor is amazing. But they have nachos and burritos too if you’re in the mood for something else.

The "A" rating from the health department is not overlooked. As a lover of chicken AND burritos I ordered the Wet Green Burrito. It was at my table in a short time and I dug right in. While I enjoyed it and was pleasantly delighted by the side sauce I thought it could of been heftier on the chicken. Maybe next time I'll ask for less rice. Other than that one complain, I can truly recommend Los Pollos to anyone. The restaurant is spacious, plenty of parking and a nice assortment of pan dulce for a dessert treat.
