Robin Vasquez★★So, I visited Los Pollos today and was pleasantly surprised by the excellent customer service. However, I was deeply disappointed with my burrito. To my horror, I found an insect inside the burrito! I could taste it as I ate, and it was all the way at the bottom. The burrito itself was delicious, but this incident was unacceptable. I kindly request that you check the cilantro in the future to avoid any confusion with a green insect. I understand that such incidents are rare, but it’s important to ensure that your customers are not served food with insects. Thank you.

It was at my table in a short time and I dug right in. While I enjoyed it and was pleasantly delighted by the side sauce I thought it could of been heftier on the chicken. Maybe next time I'll ask for less rice. Other than that one complain, I can truly recommend Los Pollos to anyone. The restaurant is spacious, plenty of parking and a nice assortment of pan dulce for a dessert treat.
