There isn't a posted menu because it's simple: you can, for $9.00 order either: 15-20 bite sized all beef dumplings OR all potato dumplings OR a mix of both. That's IT! They have a mini fridge stocked with sodas and water. It's basically a brick and mortar version of a food truck. The dumplings come with optional sour cream on the side (which I recommend). I got the mixed to try both and I personally like the beef one better. The seasoning included curry powder and saracha sauce. They also had a few miscellaneous sauces you could add on the side. Was hoping they also had borscht, but they have literally only 2 things on the menu: potato or beef dumplings. But better to have a limited menu and do it well! Very tasty- especially with all the toppings!

Wonderful food and hidden in a great little space, you should definitely make Pel'memi your next spot to stop at. Everything is really yummy and I love the addition of cilantro. I was pleasantly surprised when I walked in and saw the place for the first time. Very casual, low key, and welcoming. Pretty much what you'd expect here in bellingham. Great, fast service too. I called in my order and she gave me fresh food as I walked in. Def recommend it.
