Atila Mermer★Stopped by &pizza with my son because he was excited to see how the pizza is made. Instead of a simple explanation, the staff member told us he couldn’t watch and came off rude about it. I understand there may be safety rules, but the way it was handled wasn’t friendly or welcoming—especially toward a kid who was just curious. We ended up leaving. Not a great experience.

Our food is always correct, fresh, and warm, even when I’m late picking it up. The staff is so friendly, and I love that they recognize me now. The prices and food quality can’t be beat. One of the older male employees always treats me like family and still remembers and apologizes for that one issue months later, which is so genuine and kind. I will always recommend this location!

The chicken had a roasted fly and when I told the manager about it she looked at me like 😒 what do you want me to do?… I was expecting an apology but she said ok what do you want ??? Another pizza ???… I just laugh 😆. I am not coming back to this &pizza. It was not even about the fly it is about service. 🤷🏻♀️
