Stopped by on a whim after an appointment in Beverly Hills. It was Thursday around 5pm, but the place was already packed. Asked to be seated at the bar so we can try the cheesesteak. Front desk was very pleasant and helpful, giving up an approximate wait time of 10-15 mins which was spot on. Service at the bar was great and loved that you can order from the full menu. -2 stars for forced 18% tip. I normally tip 20-25% for great service so you just screwed your crew out of 2-7% more money. Ordered Philly Cheesesteak from the bar. It was good. Meat was fantastic but poblano pepper overpowered the flavor of meat. Fresh potato chips were very good. Food and service were 5 stars. But forcing tips on your customers removes incentive from your crew to provide great service. I was lucky and got great service anyhow.
